Three Honourable Mentions at the IPA 2013 – int’l photography awards. A real honour to be among some of the world’s best photographers such as Erik Almas, David Benoliel, Andreas Smetana, Ljubodrag Andric, Tim Tadder and Chris Crisman just to name the ones I admire so much. Great ceremony at the Carnegie Hall.
The images include the series Oregon Frost which also won in the Applied Arts Magazine 2013 Photography annual (read here), the series Surgeons, a photo essay on oncology surgery and Surfer Girl, a portrait of model Marion surfing the cold water of the Pacific ocean in Oregon.
